ABOUT US

The founder of UPCC, with many years of experience in emergency medicine, surgery and primary health services proposed, the ministry of Public Health (MOPH), this first pilot unit and made the funding available through the government of the United States of America, MOPH and private donors.

The clinic is designed to serve the under privileged and disadvantaged population of the community whom cannot afford the high costs of private practice health care.
